• We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may  be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost.
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, the full cost of the originally booked service will still apply.

• A deposit of $20 or  more may be required to secure your appointment. In some cases, full payment may be required prior to booking.
• Clients are allowed one free reschedule with their original deposit if they provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
• Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
• Late reschedules (within 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• All sales and services are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or services rendered.

• All product sales, whether purchased in-store or online, are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a product is defective upon receipt.

• Mindful Body and Skin is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and usage instructions to ensure suitability for their individual needs.

• By booking services or purchasing products from Mindful Body and Skin, you acknowledge that individual results may vary. While we provide expert recommendations and services based on best practices, we do not assume liability for any reactions or outcomes.
