Appointments & Services

1. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  - If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 

  - For any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

  - If you are late, we reserve the right to shorten your service duration to respect our schedule. However, you will be charged for the full cost of the service you originally booked, not the shortened service.

2. Refunds:

  - All sales and services are final. No refunds will be provided for any services rendered or appointments missed.

Product Purchases

1. In-Store & Online Purchases:

  - All product sales made in-store or through our online shop are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective upon receipt.

2. Product Use:

  - Mindful Body and Skin assumes no liability for any reactions or outcomes from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for understanding the ingredients and usage of the products they purchase and for ensuring that they are suitable for their individual needs.

Liability

1. Service & Product Liability:

  - By booking services or purchasing products from Mindful Body and Skin, you acknowledge and agree that Mindful Body and Skin is not liable for any adverse reactions or results from our services or products. Our recommendations and services are provided based on best practices and expertise; however, individual results may vary.

• Gift Card Terms & Condition certificates are available in $50 and $100 denominations.
• Purchase of Certificate: Upon purchasing a gift certificate, you will receive a digital gift card via email within 24 hours. Each digital gift card includes a unique gift card number, ensuring it is specific to your purchase. The gift card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may share this digital gift card with one recipient of your choice.
• Use of Certificates: Certificates are redeemable exclusively at Mindful Body and Skin for services offered at our location or specified on our website.

• Multiple Purchases: You may purchase multiple gift certificates.
• Redemption: Gift certificates can only be redeemed by the original recipient. The recipient must present the certificate at the time of service.
• Partial Use: Any unused balance will remain on the certificate and must be used during a future visit. No cash back will be given for unused balances.

• Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other products/services.
• Non-Transferable: Certificates are issued to a specific individual and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Not Valid for Gratuity: Gift certificates cannot be used to pay for gratuities or tips.

• Expiration Date: Certificates are valid for [insert duration, e.g., one year] from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

• Responsibility: Mindful Body and Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. Treat your gift certificate as cash.
• Replacement: Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.

• No Discounts on Gift Certificates: Discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift certificates.
• Promotions: Gift certificates purchased during promotions or special events must adhere to any additional terms specified in the promotion.

• Void Where Prohibited: Gift certificates are void where prohibited by law.
• Fraudulent Use: Mindful Body and Skin reserves the right to void any certificate that appears to be altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.

• By purchasing or using a Mindful Body and Skin gift certificate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

1. Gift cards can be presented in person at Mindful Body and Skin at the time of service or product purchase.
2. For online purchases, input the gift card code provided in the email with the digital gift card during checkout. For online purchases the entire gift card amount must be used in one visit to our online store.
